The Ministry of the Russian Federation for Affairs for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters says that they are sending another “humanitarian” aid convoy to Ukraine, to Donetsk and Lugansk Regions controlled by pro-Russian terrorists and Russian Army units. They claim that together with the leaders of terrorist groups of LPR and DPR they made a list of items needed for┬áthem. In total they plan to send a convoy of 100 trucks with 1000 tons of goods, they say that there will be food, petrol, construction materials, medicine and other things needed for winter period. The information was posted at the Russian Ministry website here.

This is already the 4th convoy of white trucks that Russia is sending to Ukraine breaking international laws about humanitarian aid. Nobody knows what is really inside those trucks. International Red Cross or Ukrainian customs were not allowed to inspect all the trucks last time, so Red Cross is not related to what Russia is doing. It has been reported before that with the food Russia sent military supply to the terrorists and they used the trucks to get industrial equipment out of the factories controlled by pro-Russian forces.
