UkraineToday TV channel reports that Kremlin-backed insurgent leaders in Ukraine say they are not bound by a ceasefire agreement hammered out in Belarus. The leaders of the self-declared Donetsk People’s Republic and Luhansk People’s Republic said their groups are not participants in the ceasefire deal.

National Security and defense Council of Ukraine has posted updated map for September 13 that shows the territories controlled by Russian Army and pro-Russian terrorists. If you compare this map to August 18 you will see that area controlled by terrorists has significantly increased. It has been reported before that on August 18 Russia send their regular army to the East of Ukraine and attacked Ukrainian Army positions.
Again Russian Federation is breaking all international laws. It has been reported that today in the morning about 200 white trucks crossed Ukrainian border at the check-point controlled by pro-Russian terrorists. 70 trucks has been already unloaded in Lugansk. Red Cross and Ukrainian customs don’t know what is inside those trucks as they were not allowed to check them. The convoy went to Ukraine on the territory of Lugansk and Donetsk region under protection of pro-Russian terrorists. Last time on the way back Russian trucks were used the take industrial equipment from few factories in Lugansk and Krasnodon.
Concentration of Russian troops in Ukraine.
In the last 24 hours there were no fights between units of State Border Guard Service of Ukraine and terrorists. But border guard units have to control and protect Ukrainian border under tense conditions on the border with Russia.
Russian troops and terrorists continue to concentrate and regroup in Donetsk and Lugansk regions. They are getting reinforced and supplied with weapon, armored vehicles, artillery, ammunition and fuel.
On September 10 2014. Russian troops crossed the border with Ukraine at Izvaryne border control check point and the column went to the direction of Krasnodon city. In total there were 12 tanks, 48 BTRs (armoured personnel carrier), 1 BRDM (armoured patrol car), 20 trucks loaded with ammunition, 8 trucks with soldiers, 4 Air Defense vehicles, 5 trucks with fuel. At the same time few military vehicles left Ukraine and went to Russia, about 10 in total.
On September 10 2014 about 10 tanks went from the direction of border control check-point Novoazovsk to the direction of Bezimyannoye village. There are 2 GRADs (multiple rocket launchers) installed at that village.
There are about 400 military vehicles concentrated at Belyarovka village. On September 10 at about 19.00 about 78 military vehicles with Russian flags moved from Belyarovka to the direction of Amvrosievka, South direction.
From 02.00 to 03.00 on September 10 about 10 tanks and 3 “SAU” (self-propelled gun – SPG) went to the direction of Dmitrovka village (Donetsk region) through Dibrovka village.
Intelligence service reports that instructors from Russian Federation are training about 1000 terrorists in the area of Telmanova, they also have about 10 armored vehicles.

State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reports that today the aircraft from Slovakia has landed in Kiev Boryspil Airport with humanitarian aid on board.
There were about 2.5 tons. The aid will be delivered to State Border Guard Service units and to the units of Ministry of Defense that a located in the areas where anti-terrorist operation is going on now.
There are sleeping bags, shoes, disinfectants, medical stretchers and other equipment.
“Centrenergo” one of the leading power generating companies in Ukraine had to stop Zmiivska thermal power plant from Sept. 11 2014 till Oct. 1 2014. The company had to do that as they now suffer from the temporal shortage of fuel because a lot of production and infrastructure that they were using in Lugansk and Donetsk regions has been damaged or destroyed by pro-Russian terrorists who are fighting against Ukrainian Army and police forces.
The president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko signed a law today that is going to support coal mining industry. The coal mining companies will get more finances to rebuild their facilities and buy modern equipment.
